成分 ：祖传提鲜包 水石斛 内仁肉 谷精子 玉竹 党参 淮山 枸杞 龙眼

年龄 ：3-99岁

煮法：

1)先将药材清洗一遍，放入3000ml的水，煮大约30分钟。
(如果是slow cooker电子沙煲放2000ml的水)

2)放入菜园鸡/全鸡腿两只/猪骨煮大约10分钟。

3)然后转最小火慢炖3小时以上

INGREDIENTS : Ancestral Soup Pack, Dendrobium, Nux Prinsepiae, Pipewort, Polygonatium, Codonopsis,
Chinese Yam Rhizome, Lycium Chinense, Longan

AGE :3-99 Years Old

COOKING METHOD :
1) Clean the ingredients neatly, put ingredients into 3000 ml of waters, cook around 30 minutes.
(If you are using slow cooker, put in 2000 ml of water.)

2) Put in chicken/ two whole chicken thigh/ pork bone cook it around 10 minutes.

3) Then turn to low heat and stew it more than 3 hours.
