成分 ：祖传提鲜包 玉竹 党参 虫草花 淮山

年龄 ：3-99岁

煮法：

1)先将药材清洗一遍，放入3000ml的水，煮大约30分钟。
(如果是slow cooker电子沙煲放2000ml的水)

2)放入菜园鸡/全鸡腿两只/猪骨煮大约10分钟。

3)然后转最小火慢炖3小时以上

EFFICACY : Emollient, Nourish lungs, Appetizer

INGREDIENTS : Ancestral Soup Pack, Polygonatum, Codonopsis, Cordyceps Flower, Chinese Yam Rhizome

AGE : 3-99 Years old

COOKING METHOD :

1) Clean the ingredients neatly, put in 3000 ml of water, cook around 30 minutes.
(If you are using slow cooker, put in 2000 ml of water.)

2) Put in chicken/ two whole chicken thigh/ pork bone cook around 10 minutes.

3) Turn to low heat and stew it for more than 3 hours.
